SHOPPING
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After successful completion of your purchase, you will will receive an ‘order confirmation’ email indicating receipt of your order and a unique order number. Additionally, once your package has shipped, you will receive a ‘shipping confirmation’ email containing the tracking number and other shipment details.
ORDER STATUS
The status of your order can be checked at any time by visiting the ‘order status’ page, and then entering your order number and email. You can also track your order by clicking the ‘my account’ link located at the top of every page.
MODIFY / CANCEL ORDER
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that are customized or have already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
NIMLI accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, we also accept PayPal and Google Checkout.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states:
California; 8.625%.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT
You can register with us by clicking on the ‘my account’ link at the top right of any page. This will open the ‘my account’ page and provide you with the option to create a personal account. Clicking the ‘create an account’ button will prompt you to enter the required information to register. An account can also be created at the time of checkout.
ACCOUNT BENEFITS
Registration allows you to set up your account for faster checkout when making your next purchase with us, as well as convenient access to your complete order history. You will also be eligible to receive updates on new products, sales and promotions. All of your information will be safely stored for quick and easy access when visiting and shopping on our site.
FORGOT PASSWORD
If you forgot your password, simply go to the ‘my account’ page and click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link. By entering and submitting the email address provided at the time of registration, a message will be sent to you containing your password.
VIEW / UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can view and update your personal information with us by clicking on the ‘my account’ link at the top right of any page. Upon entering your email address and password, you will then be given the option to update your account and login information.

NIMLI uses US Postal International Service for all its international shipments & provides delivery to more than 100 destination countries.
International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges, duties, and taxes. Prices are stated in US Dollars. If you choose to refuse delivery for a package from NIMLI, you will nonetheless be responsible for the original shipping charges, any custom duties and taxes incurred on the original shipment, as well as the cost of returning the package to NIMLI.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. We accept only items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and include all the original tags and protective packaging.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained by emailing customer service at service@nimli.com. Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely and ship back via an insured FedEx or UPS shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept any returns after 14 days. Returns and exchanges must only be sent to the return address provided by us on the return form. The provided RMA number must be entered on the return form along with the other required information.
Items worn directly on the skin including intimates must be returned unopened. We cannot accept returns for opened, personalized, final sale or customized items. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box.
REFUNDS
Credit refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
For international shipments, any custom duties or taxes are not refundable by us and need to be referred to the customs department of the destination country.
GIFTS
GIFT WRAP
Gift wrap is available for most items for an additional $5. We enclose a personalized message with all gift orders. Gift items are enclosed in our handmade paper wrap or box along with a raffia ribbon. If gift wrap is not offered for a certain product, this will be stated in the item’s description.
GIFT RETURNS
If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you can exchange it for store credit.
