Born in Craiova, Romania, Zoica designed her first dress when she was 13 years old. Unable to pursue fashion education in Romania, she studied the environment and earned a horticulture degree. Later, she learned fashion design from an America school. Today, after a decade-long career in the fashion industry, she is on a journey to create clothing that reflects her affection for both fashion and Earth. Zoica believes that one does not have to wear a printed T-shirt to validate her commitment to our social and environmental issues. Women can wear earth clothing that is fashionable and flattering to the body. Zoica's slow fashion philosophy includes everyday conscious choices, sustainable luxury, simplicity of form, and focus on detail.
