If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. Only items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all the original tags/protective packaging attached. Returns and Exchanges Policy for each product varies and is noted on each item's product details page. While most items can be returned or exchanged, occasionally they may only be exchanged for another item from the same brand/designer of the originally ordered item.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is obtained by emailing customer service at email@example.com. Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely and ship back via an insured FedEx or UPS shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept any returns after 14 days.
Note: Returns and exchanges must only be sent to the return address provided by us on the return form. The provided RMA number must be entered on the return form along with all other required information.
Items worn directly on the skin including intimates and beauty products must be returned unopened. We cannot accept returns for perishable, opened, personalized or customized items. Final sale items cannot be returned. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box.
Credit refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
For international shipments, any custom duties or taxes are not refundable by us and need to be referred to the customs department of the destination country.
