Due to our philosophy of offering environmentally friendly products, NIMLI is one of the greenest retailers. To further our goals, it is our policy to require most designers we work with to ship items directly to the customer. This policy eliminates the unnecessary step of shipping items to a warehouse for future re-shipment and results in a much lower carbon footprint. In further keeping with this model, while striving to become completely carbon neutral, NIMLI purchases Green Tags to offset the carbon footprint placed by shipping, energy consumption and other activities.

NIMLI uses US Postal International for all its international shipments & provides delivery to more than 100 destination countries. Please note that international shipping charges are based on several factors, including the weight of the package and its destination. Certain deliveries may require additional charges depending on which items are ordered. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you for any additional shipping charges.

International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges, duties, and taxes. Import and customs policies vary from country to country. In order to comply with these laws and regulations, we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. A signature may be required on delivery, so please ensure that a person is available to receive the package at the address provided. Prices are stated in US Dollars.

Refused International Shipments: If you choose to refuse delivery for a package from NIMLI, you will nonetheless be responsible for the original shipping charges, any custom duties and taxes incurred on the original shipment, as well as the cost of returning the package to NIMLI.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or if it is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly take prompt corrective action and arrange to have the item replaced.
You may place an order to multiple shipping addresses, including gift recipients.
Additional handling fees may apply for some items, especially heavy, bulky, or fine jewelry items. This additional handling fee, if applicable, will be stated on the product details page.
Gift Certificates are shipped through the US Postal Service via First Class Mail free of charge. For expedited delivery of Gift Certificates, we offer a rush delivery (2-3 business days) for $30.
